You are embarking on a new fitness discipline ? Are you wondering what the most appropriate outfit is? You are quite right. Adapting your outfit according to your sport is the basis. In fitness, we prioritize comfort and practicality, without sacrificing our swag (well, that's up to you...). So, concretely, what do we wear? From top to shoes, here's how to choose your women's fitness outfit.
Fitness for women: what to wear?
So darling, are you more of an X, H or O woman? We're joking. Far be it from us to play image consultant à la Cristina Córdula. We prefer to give you the best tips to improve your comfort and ensure, without (too much) sweat:
You feel comfortable. You suspected it, but we never say it enough. Outfits that are too tight, which can cause pain or irritation, should be avoided as much as outfits that are too loose, which could restrict your movements.
Favor breathable and lightweight materials to wick away perspiration. Cotton, which absorbs moisture, is not recommended. It is particularly responsible for the unpleasant feeling of cold which can occur after sweating during intensive exercise.
Opt for comfortable shoes adapted to your practice. This element of your women's fitness outfit deserves special attention. The ideal is to equip yourself with non-slip sports shoes, with a thick sole and good cushioning. We now find sports sneakers as stylish (or more) than city shoes or sneakers. So you have no excuse!
Choose the right bra. This is a detail that is not one, especially for women whose chest requires firm support. There are bras specially designed for practicing physical activity. These help to limit discomfort and possible tensions.
The ideal outfit for a Circle Boxing session
The Circle workout is a fitness classes for women who want to let off steam and have fun. Between boxing movements and muscle strengthening, we move on, we hit an aqua-bag, we build up our muscles... In short, we sweat! So, what outfit to wear to be ready? Leggings or shorts, crop top, t-shirt or bra, it's up to you, as long as you're comfortable. I promise, you won't be rejected at the entrance!
Ready ? Fight !
