Among the most popular, we find cycling, walking, running, swimming, aquagym but also all cardio training classes. High-intensity sports, such as HIIT or cardio boxing, have the advantage of burning fat during and after exercise. Crazy, right? It is generally recommended to practice one of these sports 2 to 3 times a week to lose weight sustainably.
