Before we begin, if you think that Le Cercle classes are like an old-fashioned boxing club, this time we are really the opposite. So, we invite you to find out how it happens a boxing class made in Le Cercle. 

As with any good boxing class, you start with a good warm-up. To get you ready (and in the mood), you're going to do a few warm-up movements. Once everyone is warm, either you start on the bench side or on the boxing side.

Bench side, you absolutely sculpt your entire body, and your cardio is put to the test! All the exercises you are going to do will use all of your muscles so be ready. And if you are strong like The Rock, take the dumbbells just below the fitness bench to make the exercises more spicy.

Boxing side, no contact, but it's the cardio and coordination that will take a hit (I promise you won't end up KO). You will work on the 6 classic punches of English boxing and also dodges. Different combos have been prepared just for you, and you'll see, it's not that easy. It's your moment, so let off some steam and snatch the aqua-bags.

And if you're in a bad mood or you're tired, then don't worry it won't last long. With our ultra motivating coaches, always smiling and quality playlists, it's impossible not to love it!

Once you finish the class, you take some time to do some stretching and congratulate yourself, because yes, you deserved it.
