Sanctuary Pass

All Le Cercle 🥊 packages and subscriptions allow you to book sessions in all 14 studios and 6 other different activities of Sanctuary Pass (yoga, dance workout, aquabiking, HIIT, cycling, Premier bain).

You can also book several places per session and come accompanied.

YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE STUDIO

We advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the start of your session. For the well-being of the participants, the smooth running of the session and the importance of the warm-up in order to avoid any injury, access to the session cannot be done in the event of a delay.

You will be welcomed by our staff for check-in, handing over your gloves and indicating your spot.

Do not hesitate to specify if this is your first boxing session At Le Cercle, we are here to guide you.

WHAT TO BRING

We provide free boxing gloves that are systematically disinfected and dried after each session.

Wearing undergloves is mandatory. That's good, we offer you the coolest ones from Paname available at reception at the price of 9.90€.

You'll sweat, I promise! Take light sports clothes and comfortable sneakers.

Our studio is equipped with a fountain to hydrate you. Have you forgotten your water bottle? NO PANIC! Those from the Cercle are on sale at reception, as well as Eau Neuve bottles.

THE SESSION

Plunged into darkness for 50 minutes, start with a simple, basic and effective warm-up before doing squats 🍑 and 6 boxing punches like Tyson.

In this boxing x bootcamp work-out, you will give it your all on the bags and the benches, ending with a stretch and the rest of the tiger inside you 🐯.

POST WORKOUT

Ding, ding 🛎️ Time out! Towels and a wide range of treatments of natural origin, vegan, ethical and effective await you in the showers to recover and leave our home in style 💣
