Body combat: a complete sport

What does a body combat session look like?

30, 45 or 55 minutes of sport. 4 phases of exercises. 10 songs. Liters of sweat. Ready? Inspired by martial arts, combat sports and fitness, body combat exercises are done to music but without an opponent:

1 – Warming up: preparing the body and learning the movements to repeat.
2 – Phase of contactless boxing : sequence of intensive exercises to work on cardio, coordination and power (more or less intense combat simulations, cardiovascular exercises targeted at each part of the body, Muay-Thai, etc.)
3 – Muscle strengthening: bodybuilding exercises, to work your body in depth. Or to finish you off.
4 – Stretching: relaxation time.

Why practice body combat?

Body combat allows for complete fitness, from shoulders to calves, especially not forgetting the abs. All the muscles of the body are used, especially those of the abdominal strap. It is an intense discipline that improves cardio and results in significant energy expenditure. As proof, it is possible to burn up to 750 calories in one session!

Not only will you obtain a sculpted and toned body from the first months, but you will also be able to impress your friends in the evening. (Yes, pulling out a few boxing moves on the dance floor always has its little effect.).
