THE WORKOUT THAT HITS

50 minutes, 10 rounds, divided into 2 training styles: Boxing and Bootcamp.

Boxing, intense in cardio, is done on aqua-bags with one goal: to hit. For this, an infinity of simple combos to execute from the 6 classic boxing moves learned at the start of the session.

On the Bootcamp side, we draw and strengthen the upper and lower body: abs, glutes and thighs on a bench equipped with dumbbells.

UNCOMPLEXED BOXING

No level 🥊 The sessions fitness boxing are accessible to all. No duel, no shock. The aqua-bag absorbs the blows but does not distribute any.

Disconnect 🎶 The lights dim, the music rises: welcome to the round. We let off steam, we let go, we forget everything. Thanks to exclusive playlists made in Le Cercle: imagine Drake meets Daft Punk or a mashup of 2pac and Red Hot.
