“In ten rounds, the light shows and music guarantee a timeless immersive session”
“We like the intensity of the classes, the yellow gloves a little more fun than other places and the fairly spacious size of the studio.”
“With a lot of humor, Le Cercle democratizes boxing through the figure of Rocky Balboa.”
"A top class! We let off steam in a friendly and energetic atmosphere. We love it!"
"A great place to let off steam! Locker with security, shampoo, shower gel, towels, gloves, under gloves to purchase everything is there to have a good time and let off steam"

"I did a box / bootcamp class with coach Yaya and it was really great! You can go at your own pace, there is no judgment, everyone is in their own bubble to achieve their own goals or simply relax 😊 In short I recommend 200%!🤩"
How do classes take place at the Circle?
You start on the boxing side or on the bench side:
Au menu pour la boxe : vous passez en revue les 6 coups du noble art sur des aquabags. Comme un vrai cours de boxe, mais façon Le Cercle. Plein d’enchaînements vous sont réservés, alors défoulez-vous et envoyez vos meilleurs punchs !
And on the menu for the bench, it's fitness featuring cardio-training, you'll end up feeling washed out... With the dumbbells, nothing will be left behind: your shoulders, your arms, your thighs, in short absolutely everything! When we say that nothing is left aside, it's really nothing, even good humor, prohibited from making a face at the Circle!
Of course, each of our boxing fitness classes are punctuated by crazy playlists and coaches with a hell of a potato. Once the 10 rounds are over, you do a few stretches so as not to end up in pieces. And to end the class in style, you applaud yourself before rushing to the locker room!
How long does a Le Cercle session last?
Less than a successful episode of Game of Thrones, more than a failed Tinder date. Reality ? 50 minutes, from warm-up to exit from the Circle. But it’s just fun!
C’est quoi la boxe loisir ?
It's simply the same discipline as English boxing, but without any combat. You benefit from the benefits of this practice without opposition: you learn the basics such as dodges, movements and the 6 fundamental moves of the noble art.
It is ideal for people who want to tone their body, stay in shape and practice sport without scratches.
I never went to a boxing class, is that a problem?
Absolutely not. You do not risk losing teeth. Firstly because the idea is to hit a bag of water. Then, because the coach reviews with YOU the 6 essential moves to know in boxing at the start of each session.
What happens if I can't do all the exercises? I haven't trained in a long time...
You go out of the ring. No it's a joke. No stress to have, the coaches are there for each of you and offer more or less difficult alternatives for all levels.
Do you offer private sessions?
Quite ! For any questions, do not hesitate to send us an email to privatize@lecercle-boxing.com with all the necessary information. The Circle can be yours.
Where is your studio located?
6, rue de Clignancourt, Paris 18
At the foot of the Butte Montmartre. On the right bank. Between the Anvers and Barbes metros.
How to contact you?
Several ways (some are simpler than others but we'll let you guess):
And if you really got stuck in the 1990s and you no longer have internet credit, come see us, we will be happy to explain everything to you 😉
What are the opening hours of your studio?
Studio opening hours are available on the reservation tab. But clearly, if you can't find a niche, you're not putting in the effort.
Do you have lockers?
Of course ! You don't even need to bring a padlock, we take care of everything. Yes we know, we are very far-sighted. Other proof? If you run out of battery on your phone before the session, some lockers with a charger drawn on them are equipped with one! Obviously, if you prefer to lie to your girlfriend about why you didn't have time to go shopping, you can also not use the outlets.
Do you have water, where should I bring a bottle?
We sell water and bottles at reception but if you prefer to bring your own bottle, you will not be refused entry! However, a blood alcohol test will be carried out randomly once a month. JOKE.
Do I have to create an account?
Yes. It's very simple and it won't take you more than a minute. Shall we set the time?
Should I buy a pack or a subscription?
No, not necessarily, you can buy the sessions individually if you prefer. And since we're super nice, for your first session, we'll give you our welcome offer: one session purchased = one session free! Obviously, you're going to like it, so see you soon?
What are your different packs and subscriptions?
We offer different packs and subscriptions for the more or less motivated among you:
Subscription: 4 or 6 sessions/month or unlimited
You can find all the necessary information on the page pricing page.. I promise, you won't regret giving up your Netflix binge watching on the weekend.
How does the waiting list work?
Okay, that's not bad, you've motivated yourself to book a session. But you arrive too late... You are on the waiting list when 48 people have registered for a session. It is possible that a customer cancels their visit, in this case, we will call you at least 2 hours before and send you an email to find out if you are still available. Otherwise, see you the next day?
Is placement free?
MOOD: “This is my spot. There are many others like him, but this is mine. I'm nothing without my spot. And without me my spot is nothing”. When booking your session, you choose your spot on our booker, your place number if you prefer. He will follow you throughout the session. No stress, it's not like lotto tickets, the number doesn't change the winnings.
When can I book my sessions?
Wake up and shine! Every Monday at 7 a.m., the week's schedule is posted online. Now is the time to book, so as not to miss the most stylish courses of the year. If you are more of the type who has to think before clicking, this is not a problem because thanks to the application, you can book anywhere: from the bottom of your bed, in the metro, at the coffee machine...
Cool cool cool, but when should I book my session?
Really no specific instructions on this subject. But it's like everything, the best things go first. So if you want a niche and/or a very specific spot, we advise you to do it as soon as possible to put all the chances on your side.
How far in advance should I show up for the session?
It's best to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session, just to put yourself in the right conditions, like Rocky before the matches.
What should I do when I arrive there?
Introduce yourself ! Finally, don't start describing your interests, your faults and your qualities... you just have to give your first name at reception and go change. If it's your first time, don't worry, we'll explain everything to you (it'll go well)!
What happens if I arrive late?
This is the point where we can't laugh... Really, we're very cool about everything, but the delay: it's touchy! In fact, the session is designed so that the warm-ups help you stay injury-free, so we can't let you miss them. And don't even try, even if you are a great athlete it will be the same verdict. You will therefore be refused access to the session in the event of a delay, and your session will be deducted.
I have to cancel my session, what do we do?
If you cannot attend your session, you have several options: send us an email (contact@lecercle-boxing.com) or cancel your session directly from your account. However, the session must be canceled 12 hours in advance. Otherwise it will be deducted. This way, it gives you the opportunity to learn more and it opens up an additional place for a motivated boxer.
What should I wear?
We're here to sweat, not to parade! Leggings, t-shirt, crop top, bra, shorts… the important thing is that you are comfortable.
What type of shoes should I wear?
Moccasins with tassels... No, we obviously opt for sports shoes, such as cross-training or running shoes. If you have boxing shoes, don't hesitate for a moment!
Do I have to wear liner gloves?
Yes! To avoid hurting your wrists and knuckles, it is mandatory to wear undergloves or bands during the entire session. Are these accessories unknown to your sports wardrobe? No worries, there are undergloves on sale at reception, and they are super stylish too.
Do you have showers?
Uh guys… we said: we’re going to sweat! No question of letting you go back to work or go for a romantic dinner in this state. We have showers in the men's and women's locker rooms at your disposal with all the necessary products. The creams are so cool that we could spend more time than in our own bathroom and there are even great Dyson hair dryers.
What are the benefits of boxing?
Beyond being cool, you mean? The Circle's sessions are 4 in 1: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), muscle strengthening, METCON (metabolic conditioning) and cardio. You will see an improvement in your physical condition, your balance and your coordination, while burning more than 13 calories per minute. The best thing about aqua bags? They reduce shock on the joints and their shape allows you to see what is happening in front of you so you don't get lost during the session. In short, no risk of injury but the guarantee of surpassing yourself.
Our favorite part? The secretion of endorphins during the session which allows you to feel truly relaxed after each Circle session.
Does boxing make muscles grow?
No, boxing will not “grow” your muscles but will strengthen them and tone your entire body. The cardio-strengthening combination allows you to burn calories without gaining muscle mass.
Will I lose weight by boxing?
If you stop spritzing and McDonald's every Sunday, sport is clearly the solution to losing weight. And boxing is even more recommended! For what ? The combination of cardio and muscle strengthening directly impacts weight loss.
I am pregnant, can I have a session?
Unfortunately no, the session is too physical for a pregnancy.
Why undergloves rather than good old bandages?
Why lighter shoes rather than our good old models from the 2000s? More seriously, the ancestral art of bandaging protects very well, but takes a lot of time before a session. The liner gloves give you the same protection, but can be put on and taken off in a quarter of a second. In short, it's cleaner since everyone has their own, it's faster... and we have the same sensations!
