As with any good workout, you start with a good warm-up. Just to get you up and running (and in the mood), you're going to do some warm-up movements And our coaches show you the 6 punches of boxing to know. Once everyone is warmed up, either you start on the bench side or the boxing side.
And if you're in a bad mood or you're tired, then don't worry it won't last long. With our ultra motivating coaches, always smiling and quality playlists, impossible not to love it!
Once you have finished your boxing class, you take some time to do some stretching et vous féliciter, parce que oui, vous l’avez bien mérité.
