The concept of the Circle is simple, revolutionize one of the most famous combat sports, English boxing. The Circle's workouts are unique, because they mix several practices: cardio boxing, bootcamp, HIIT, etc. Le Cercle offers fitness boxing classes which alternate between boxing movements on aqua-bags, and muscle strengthening exercises on fitness benches.
The training is divided into 10 rounds, 5 boxing rounds and 5 bootcamp rounds, for a total duration of 50 minutes. You alternate between the two training styles for explosive boxing fitness classes!

As we told you above, the Cercle's boxing fitness classes are 50% boxing and 50% fitness, so our training is divided into two training styles. We will explain everything to you !
The session start with a good warm-up just to properly prepare your muscles and joints. Before starting the 10 rounds of training, our coaches explain the punches of English boxing to you: jab, cross, hook, uppercut. Once you have understood everything, the workout begins, either you start on the boxing side or on the bench side.
Once the bell rings and the 10 rounds are over, it's time for stretching. You take a few moments to stretch a little, and above all, to congratulate you. Because yes, you deserved it.
