Opt for a cardio sport

If you had to remember one thing, it's this: endurance sports are the most effective for eliminating unnecessary calories and fat, since they work the body as a whole. So, if your goal is to lose a few pounds, without gaining them back, you will have to turn to a cardio activity. Among the most popular, we find cycling, walking, running, swimming, aquagym but also all cardio training classes. High-intensity sports, such as HIIT or cardio boxing, have the advantage of burning fat during and after exercise. Crazy, right? It is generally recommended to practice one of these sports 2 to 3 times a week to lose weight sustainably.

We don't say it enough, but it is just as important to choose a sport that excites you and motivates you. Doing sport to lose weight, yes, but with pleasure so as not to get discouraged after 2 sessions!
