Pivot your back foot onto the balls of your toes and drive your hip and knee into the ground. Extend your back arm, turning your thumb toward the floor.

Bring your shoulder as high as possible to your chin. Smash everything in your path then quickly bring that hand back to your cheek to protect your face.

The hook, front and back, is the knockout blow: good night little ones!

This is a blow that sideways bypasses your opponent's guard.

Bring your high elbow up to your shoulder line, holding it at a 90-degree angle and your hand as if you were holding a cup of coffee.

Your hips accompany the pivot movement on the toes corresponding to the striking arm. Return to guard.
